Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is growing fast and faces exciting opportunities. We are looking for a Nordic Event Manager to support our business in the Nordics. The work location can be in either one of our offices in Espoo, Stockholm, or Umeå. Travel throughout Nordics required. What will my responsibilities be? The scope of the SFS Nordic Marketing and Communications team is broad, including everything from digital marketing, customer events and trade fairs to internal communication and PR. We believe in delivering high quality customer events, internal events and trade fair experiences that enhances relationships and creates new business opportunities. In this role you will plan and execute these events from A to Z. Although a majority of the events are physical, we also do livestreaming and digital events. Yet, the physical events are evolving to include more and more digital elements. Together with the team you will create the strategy for events, the annual plan and drive the implementation and execution in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, which include finding and allocating resources to various event productions. Furthermore, you will prepare and manage the event budget, including optimizing spend across projects and channels. What do I need to qualify for this job? As a person you are self-learning and self-going. Curiosity and a will to explore and learn new things drives you and you are comfortable in working in a dynamic environment. You take full ownership of tasks and meet expected quality and deadlines. To be successful it is a prerequisite you are appealed to work in a diversified and international environment. We expect you to have: You must be organized,pay a high attention to detail, possess creative problem- solving abilities and be able to multitask, among other skills. You should have a proven track record from successful events in the international environment. In addition, the ability to drive these activities collaboratively and independently across multiple internal and external stakeholders is a must.
