We are looking for a Nordic Marketing Specialist to support our business in the Nordics and in Finland in particular. The work location can be in either one of our offices in Espoo, Stockholm, Umeå or Oslo. The scope of the SFS Nordic Marketing and Communications team is broad, including everything from digital marketing, customer events and trade fairs to internal communication and PR. In close collaboration with our sales units, we provide marketing support, creating and deploying marketing material and campaigns to customers. This includes driving social media campaigns and developing our web presence. Planning the unit’s activities and budget, analyzing and optimizing the results of activities as well as conducting the marketing related reporting are all part of the team’s responsibility. Furthermore, we take care of the cooperation with external marketing service providers, manage and coordinate those services as well as approve delivered work. You will provide marketing support across the Nordics with a specific focus on Finland. What do I need to qualify for this job? As a person you are self-learning and self-going. Curiosity and a will to explore and learn new things drives you and you are comfortable in working in a dynamic environment. You take full ownership of tasks and meet expected quality and deadlines. To be successful it is a prerequisite you are appealed to work in a diversified and international environment. We expect you to have: Minimum 3 years proven marketing experience, preferably in B2B, and familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and processes Experience of digital marketing including social, search and web as well as in analyzing marketing campaign performance A degree in business administration or equivalent Finnish as mother tongue and fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish is a plus.
