We are building a team of people to sell OEM solutions- it’s an emerging business venture for Lenovo in EMEA, and the team will aim to replicate the achievements of our North American OEM business. We believe that the success in OEM is founded on trust to deliver on what has been promised. As an Inside Sales Representative you will need to be able to build that trust and the customer relations over the phone. You will report to the EMEA OEM Inside Sales Manager, but will work closely with the OEM Field Sales Specialists, and other sales teams to exploit the business opportunities you and they identify. The scope of this role is across the Nordics countries. Your responsibilities will include the following: • Identify, qualify and win new and incremental business opportunities to sell Lenovo’s capabilities and offerings • Create 200%+ pipeline per Quarter and maintain and update weekly into the Lenovo tools • Proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps proposing upgrades and transition paths as appropriate. • Produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis • Maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships and maximize customer satisfaction • Liaise with sales support teams and co-ordinate customer issues • Work closely with business partners, create relationship, develop and drive proactive approach into assigned accounts #### Position Requirements: • Previous success in acquiring new accounts, selling complex solutions, growing business in the IT Sector • OEM sales experience is desirable • Organizational and planning skills • Ability to learn and present hardware portfolio • Excellent verbal/ written communication skills in English and a Nordic language What you get in return: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A company committed to the career development of its employees • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
