Position Description: The NA Commercial Visuals and Accessories Business Development Manager (BDM) is a critical role for Lenovo North America. This individual contributor role will be primarily responsible for driving the overall sell out activities required to achieve quarterly budgeted sales and profit plans for the Visuals and Accessories categories. This position includes the responsibility of coordinating with Sales and the PC 4P teams to sync programs and campaign plans at a customer/partner level designed to drive growth in Visuals and Accessories across the Relationship and SMB segments. The position is charged with interlocking with the sales teams and providing sales support and enablement required to open the door to new sales opportunities at accounts.  Responsibilities include collaboration across multiple teams to accurately plan sales-in while managing sales-out execution against plan. The position is entrusted to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including supporting select customer facing meetings. Responsibilities also include contributing to other business strategy and operational initiatives. The focus areas for this role will be; 1\. Responsible for developing and implementing all sales out activities for Visuals and Accessories. 2\. Working with multiple sales teams across business segments to manage and enable these sell out activities. 3\. Build relationships and provide dedicated support to business partner category specialists across Visuals and Accessories. 4\. Set up and manage quarterly Cycle planning with key partners. 5\. Competition pricing analysis and review to determine actions required to achieve business targets. Responsibilities: • Key metric execution and review for business partners (Sales, Gross Profit, Weeks of Supply, Market share) • Implementation of campaign planning and coordination with sales of all sell- out activities • Dedicated sales account management and provide sales enablement to business partners across multiple segments • Coordinate with sales and category teams to sync programs and campaign plans at a customer level • Support channel sales managers to support sell-through goals • Review category/market trends/market share with sales leaders for each business partner #### Position Requirements: • Previous technology business experience preferred • Experience in sales, strategic planning, demand planning, forecast analysis, and sales operations • Understanding of strategic business objectives and ability to drive results towards those objectives • Business minded and detailed financial acumen – including experience with relevant tools and software • Business analytic and project management skills • Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments • Clear understanding of NA Visuals and Accessories Marketplace including the competitor landscape • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
