About Our Team
Lenovo is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Director within the ISG
(Infrastructure Solutions Group) global supply chain. This individual is
responsible for performing supply and demand management across the extended
enterprise and managing collaborative network for processes from opportunity
to cash.
This is a dynamic role in the fast paced ISG supply chain where the Customer
Fulfillment Director is the face of the supply chain into the NA sales team.
There is frequent interaction with sales executives and our client base. This
role covers all routes in NA, Direct, BP, including Canada. The successful
candidate will be required to provide supply chain guidance to sales on a
variety of topics. The candidate is responsible for revenue roadmap interlocks
with sales and finance, Inventory and kanbans, serviceability and support.
This role will include management responsibilities, In addition to people
management responsibilities, the NA Customer Fulfillment Director will be
accountable for their team’s P&L, resources, and will provide input on the
organization’s decision-making for both short- and long-term financial and
operational plans.
Responsibilities include planning, training, and enhancement to existing
processes and systems, maintenance of existing systems, management and
measurement of all activities involved in logistics management activities for
products, services and related information. This role also coordinates and
collaborates with customers and key partners, which can be Lenovo owned
manufacturers, suppliers, intermediaries, and third-party service providers.
As a ‘people manager’, the NA Customer Fulfillment Director will participate
in developing or translating company strategy into functional strategy; define
and lead respective supply chain teams to achieve department objectives;
optimize organizational structure, develop succession plan, and coach line
managers and key staff.
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
