The FGPA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) and ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuits) market is growing, and the solutions we build with our customers and partners enable powerful, mission-critical applications for defense, communications, healthcare, and other vertical markets. The North America PSG (Programmable Solutions Group) Sales Team is responsible for driving growth opportunities and revenue for the Programmable Solutions product portfolio across all markets and vertical applications.

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring leader to grow the PSG business. The leader will set strategic direction, provide technical leadership, drive sales, and lead a diverse, high-performing sales organization. The successful candidate will set priorities and drive results for the team, ensure an inclusive work environment, and manage performance of a deeply technical sales organization.

Managerial responsibilities include managing regionally based managers with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers throughout the sales cycle, and managing PSG strategic direction and engagements with customers, distributors, and partners. This role is responsible for PSG revenue, design win, and deal win goals that are aggressive, measurable, and aligned with PSG's forecast and will partner and engage heavily with Intel senior leaders to make account level decisions.

Who We Are:
We are the North America PSG Sales Team within the America's Sales Organization
We are responsible for strategic alignment with adjacent teams across the Americas region (OEM and Enterprise Accounts, Inside Sales, etc.). Programmable logic is a technology that is adopted across all verticals, particularly defense, communications, and healthcare. Strategic alignment to represent Intel's full portfolio is a critical requirement for this role.
We are direct and action oriented. We say what we do and do what we say.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate people leader with balance of technical background (FPGA and ASIC technologies) vertical markets, embedded, and systems business/sales acumen a huge plus

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate across other sales and business unit functions to drive business results.

  • You possess extensive experience in customer facing technical influence roles, and you have a demonstrated track record of overachieving your targets and delivering exceptional performance.

  • Self-starter, comfortable w/ambiguity - there is no beaten path to follow; you must blaze a trail while earning the trust and confidence of your team, customers, and colleagues

  • You think and communicate in terms of opportunities and solutions versus problems and obstacles

  • You have a strategic vision of long-term business opportunities and paths to get there. Chess, not checkers

  • High energy and a tireless work ethic


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of sales experience, 10+ of sales management experience (not limited to FPGA)

  • Strong communicator with local market and product understanding while being able to bridge or advocate for global stakeholders

  • Recognized as an expert, and uses expertise to drive PSG sales strategy and influence customers and ecosystem

  • Able to prioritize and track top issues and requirements and to articulate direction as spokesperson for the team

  • Leadership capability to motivate and develop team members


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional/regional teams to accelerate SMG (Sales and Marketing Group) and PSG collaboration to drive PSG businesses and resolve issues

  • Technical domain knowledge of FPGA and ASIC architecture

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$290,080.00-$464,120.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
