What you'll do: As part of the Lenovo TruScale Services team, you will own our rapid business growth in North America. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career and expand your skillset. Responsibilities: • Build opportunity pipeline through engagement with company executives • Proactively identify qualified opportunities and clearly articulate the value proposition of consumption-based, subscription offering • Collaborate with local and regional Sales resources, Finance, and Consultants to drive TruScale deal flow • Close TruScale deals to drive overall Business Case commitments #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years work experience in Sales or Business Development in the IT or Services industry • Strong understanding of services-oriented subscription business economics • Capacity to inspire strategic thinking and global vision to facilitate customer business decisions • Ability to lead complex strategic and financial discussions • History of setting and exceeding individual goals for Revenue generation • Capability to thrive with a new product in an undefined market • Be innovative, creative and bold • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: • Self-starter attitude • Dedicated work ethic and desire to become an expert in a field • High-achiever and creative thinker always looking to exceed expectations • Passion for data, analytics and insights • Take a high degree of ownership • Clear communicator with professional presence and attention to detail • Passion for learning technology and new applications Why Lenovo?
