The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society Jockey Club Cancer Rehabilitation Centre (JCCRC) is a nursing home operates on a self-financing but non-profit making basis. It is our mission to provide high standard rehab, respite and palliative/end-of-life care to patient with cancer or other terminal illnesses, also comprehensive residential care to elderly patients with multiple chronic illnesses. We are looking for qualified candidates for the above position:

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
• Direct and oversee care activities
• Supervisor and coach members of the care team
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to make optimal care options
• Assist Chief Nurse to foster an environment that supports the nursing team to deliver to the residents and their families the best compassionate care that focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Nursing with min. 5 years of managerial experience in clinical setting
• Experience in palliative care a preference
• Pleasant, proactive with good leadership and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
