Job Duties:        

- Responsible in menu development that meets nutrition guidelines

- Responsible in recipe nutrient analysis

- Carry out internal nutrition audits to ensure meals are made in good nutritional standard

- Responsible in food allergen identification and labelling process

- Promote sustainable, balanced & healthy eating across campus and corporates

- Provide wellness education and training in public and corporate environments to groups of variable size

- Writes and proofread nutrition communication pieces

- Assists other district and regional accounts as time permits

 

Requirements:

- Degree holder preferably in Food Science, Nutrition or Dietetics related field

- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience working as a nutritionist or relevant work experience in the F&B industry

- Must be confident in delivering public speaking

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese

- Attention to detail with coordination skills, good interpersonal and presentable

- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative; able to work independently

- Immediate available is an advantage
