Furthermore, you will be expected to focus & understand the all India based customers (Key customers/ Data Centre/ Renewables etc), Market competition, methodology, and changes in the marketplace with respect to O&M business and convert this knowledge into winnable propositions. Frequent travel is integral part of the role. Role includes conducting Business Development activities, Customer Presentations, Spec- in for competitive advantages & Support technical /Preparation offerings to Sales. Also various Plannings, pro-active visits, driving Go2 market initiatives to customers for maintaining the opportunity pipeline to achieve the sales target for the responsible region. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Desire to learn, develop & ready to expand the horizon. • Electrical engineer with at least 15-18 years of relevant experience • Knowledgeable & experienced in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development activities preferably O&M • Should have exposure to Operation & Maintenance for RENEWABLES (Solar), DATA CENTRES for Transmission product Services. • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
