Data Driven Service and Parts Sales:
• Lead to manage and optimize O2O lifecycle management business implementation and operation in retail side for customer management & retention
• Coordinate with cross-function business reuqirements and IT development for system enhancement and operation
• Cooperate closely with region, dealer group and dealer for buniness performance monitoring and business results optimization
Task description
Lead to manage and optimize O2O lifecycle management business implementation and operation in retail side for customer management & retention
 Lead to define and output O2O business management models, methologies and best practices in retail to achieve proactively customer & lead mamanget from different perspectives.
 Empower region and dealers in O2O business management capabilitied via different ways like on-site coaching, regular training and workshop, etc.
 Work out effective incevtive and motivation measures to drive dealer in O2O business.
Coordinate with cross-function business reuqirements and IT development for system enhancement and operation
 Continuously collect end users’ business needs under different business scenarios, and then validate use case with business teams, and dealers & customers to generate business requirement details.
 Coordinate to implement and develop use cases and multi functions with IT developers and business team, and then manage user tesing and release.
 Moniot, collect and response to user experience feedback about system performance and optimization proposals, and then coordinate with IT for enhancement.
Cooperate closely with region, dealer group and dealer for buniness performance monitoring and business results optimization
 Monitor region and dealers performance, and analyze O2O’s offering conversion effectivess, and then work out the solutions to improve
 Negotiate and communicate with region and region group for business policy understanding and business measures implementation
