Duites and Responsibilities:
1.Managing O2O and Offline Partnership & assortment of one of the most important online projects in the Home Credit group – new Marketplace with various types of good;
2.Responsibility for an end to end process of building an O2O sales network of merchants; more than 10 000 POSes;
3.Build a motivation scheme for current sales network, setthe right KPIs, prepare an opening pilot plan for selected cities;
4.Setting of right ratio between orders, merchants and customers needs;
5.Develop and regularly update the product catalogue related to O2O process;
6.Manage own IT team to deliver the best support for our merchants (registration process, catalogue update andmoney payments – everything as part of our own mobile app);
7.Responsibility for P&L of O2O and Offline business;
8.Participate on development of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the best possible results;
9.Conduct research on activities of our competitors to always stay one step ahead (KVIs, pricing, new features, etc.);
10.Proactively bring new ideas and solutions;
11.Become leader of one of the six squads under the Online Marketplace; Manage more than 10 people in agile mode of project.
Requirements:
1.More than 7 years of experience with sales network - offline or O2O business;
2.Strong negotiating and analytical skills;
3.More than 5 years on senior managerial position (manage at least 100 people overall);
4.Experience with setting and evaluation KPIs on a monthly basis;
5.University degree holder with an advanced proficiency in English with proven drafting ability;
6.Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
7.Open minded person; logical thinker with common sense;
