Organizational Change Intiatives
- Align activities with the people development strategy & altering business needs.
- Design and implement change intiatives that advances the organizational effectiveness under different circumstances
- Establishe measurable goals and monitor results against the specific organizational performance standards
- Consult on change initiatives for others to coordinate the effective delivery of activities across GRC
Daimler Employee Survey
- Steer and facillitate the process of the Daimler employee survey for GRC.
- Provide consultantation to the Employee Survey responsibles of each BU.
- Drive employee survey activities and follow-up actions for GRC.
Talent Development Program
- Identify the organization’s talent development needs.
- Create solutions to develop, retain and motivate employees on all levels.
- Customize development programs according to the specific needs of BUs.
- Monitor program’s effectiveness and ensure a high level of quality and ROI.
Other Organizational Development Projects
- Develop concepts based on specific business needs
- Build solutions practical in the context of our organization
- Leverage resources and coordinate stakeholders to advance the project
