Objectives of the Position
- To enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of the workforce in order to meet the organization’s business needs;
- To enhance the organizational effectiveness by designing, overseeing and facilitating necessary culture & change initiatives in line with local HR and Corporate CoC Performance Management Strategy, policies and process, to implement, develop and optimize a sustainable Performance Management system and process for Greater China.
Main Taks:
1. Performance Management
- Regular align with HQ team regarding to LEAD policy & process, system and communication, and customize and implement the local LEAD plan in China
- Collaborate and communicate with HQ team regarding Impulse system and process.Plan, develop and implement Impulse processes in China
- Provide consultative support to HR business partner for all performance management related topics
- Assist GRC HR Head with GRC L3 & L2 OPCs
- Other Performance Management related projects
0. Organizational Change Intiatives
- Align activities with the people development strategy & altering business needs.
- Design and implement change intiatives that advances the organizational effectiveness under different circumstances
- Establishe measurable goals and monitor results against the specific organizational performance standards
- Consult on change initiatives for others to coordinate the effective delivery of activities across GRC
3. Daimler Employee Survey
- Steer and facillitate the process of the Daimler employee survey for GRC.
- Provide consultantation to the Employee Survey responsibles of each BU.
- Drive employee survey activities and follow-up actions for GRC
0. Other Training & Development Projects
- Develop concepts based on specific business needs
- Build solutions practical in the context of our organization
- Leverage resources and coordinate stakeholders to advance the project
