• Promote CI as a culture in Company (sharing of initiatives across BU) - Roll out on CI programs methodology. 在公司内部推广CI作为一种文化（在整个BU中共享计划）-推广CI项目方法。
• Implementation of the Group/Division/Country Continuous Improvement strategy for the region/country, conducting regular and structured review sessions introducing processes for innovation and continuous improvement, facilitate and coordinate selected Kaizen blitz activities throughout the region. 实施该地区/国家的集团/部门/国家持续改进策略，进行定期和结构化的审查会议，介绍创新和持续改进的流程，促进和协调整个地区选定的改善巡回活动。
• Perform on site process audit on operation development initiatives. 对运营开发计划进行现场流程审核。
• Provide CI training to increase the capability of the business units. 提供CI培训以提高业务部门的能力。
• Initiate and facilitate internal improvement workshops to identify key initiatives in the areas of costs, delivery and quality.  发起并促进内部改进研讨会，以确定成本，交付和质量领域的关键举措。
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma/Operations Research (OR) tools (e.g. optimization and simulation software) to improve efficiency in logistic operations.  利用精益/六西格玛/运营研究（OR）工具（例如优化和模拟软件）来提高物流运营效率。
• Coach site managers / CI leads in the advanced application of CI tools and provide appropriate problem solving approaches to key operational issues. 教练站点经理/ CI领导CI工具的高级应用，并为关键运营问题提供适当的问题解决方法。
• Be the internal consultant on all CI technical / Engineering matters. 担任所有CI技术/工程事务的内部顾问。
• Drive and manage all CI projects with financial benefits to meet the financial year target. 担任所有CI技术/工程事务的内部顾问。
• Provide advice in the cost-benefit of CI projects and validate it with the Finance. 为CI项目的成本效益提供建议，并与财务部门进行验证。
• Identify key initiatives in the BU that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations which ultimately results in the reduction of costs. 确定业务部门中的关键举措，这些举措可以提高运营的有效性和效率，从而最终降低成本。
• Initiate/participate/facilitate CI workshops to identify key initiatives and provide support in prioritizing actions for the agreed deliverables. 发起/参与/促进CI研讨会，以识别关键计划并在为已约定的可交付成果确定行动优先次序方面提供支持。
• Coach and advise the project leaders in risk management and make informed decisions. 指导并指导项目负责人进行风险管理，并制定明智的决策。

To be qualified in this role, you need:

• 3 years and about OE/CI related working experience;
• Good English abilities.
