To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As an OEM Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company's revenue by successfully identifying and managing strategic business opportunities with key customers and will be responsible for the product line of fire alarm and general signalling devices. Your main responsibilities • Develop and sustain excellent relationships with the company's key customers by acting as the main point of contact between them and internal teams, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services provided to them and that their needs are met. • Grow the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities with key clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. • Grow the company's revenue by identifying new potential clients, developing a thorough understanding of their requirements and work with Product and Design teams to prepare custom offerings tailored to the customers’ specific needs. • Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for various stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications • Degree or equivalent in a business management/engineering discipline • A proven track record of customer management. • Good knowledge of Fire Device & Fire System needs • Analytical thinking, Ethical at all times • Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve • Excellent verbal and written communication • Work well within a team environment, whilst being able to plan and execute own work initiatives • Strong presentation skills #LI-IS1 Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
