#### Position Description:


The OEM Marketing Program Manager role is designed to be the champion for the
OEM business model within the EMEA geo.
This role is part of the Global OEM Commercial team with focus on driving EMEA
OEM marketing programs, campaigns, alliance & partner management and business
process enablement.
It requires extensive collaboration with the EMEA sales teams, product and
development teams as well as backend operations and supply chain teams. You
will be the driver to ensure implementation of OEM capabilities end-to-end in
support of the EMEA OEM business.

Overall, working closely with sales, managing Customer forums, Customer
briefings, strategic Account plays by region and be the liaison into the
Global leadership team and the cross functional EMEA teams. You will be the
central point for driving execution of the WW OEM marketing plan for the geo.
The nature of this role is to establish strong brand awareness, develop geo
specific go to market strategy for the OEM Business in EMEA, promote OEM
capabilities and manage all training plans for the sales teams and facilitate
marketing events.

We offer a permanent role, ideally based in UK with reporting line to Sr.
Manager for OEM Marketing & Program Management.

Your daily job duties in summary:
\- drive geo Enablement and partner closely with the geo sales leader to
establish processes and support needed to support the OEM business model
\- train the OEM sales team on OEM program
\- work with OEM Sales to train Commercial Sales team
\- work with Product Project Managers and Portfolio manager to drive geo OEM
requirements
\- collaborate with WW Marketing Manager and Geo teams to drive the consistent
WW OEM messaging in the geo (collateral, events, support geo in demand gen
plan and so forth)
\- collaborate with Product teams on offerings, services and third party
portfolio
\- drive EMEA go to market strategy
\- deliver competitive analysis metrics for business growth and success

#### Position Requirements:


• 5+ years experience in OEM environment, Lenovo product operations, product
management or related area
• Knowledge of OEM business model and Lenovo product, development and backend
processes
• Able to manage an execution plan across broad matrix of resources and
organizations
• Skilled in Marketing campaigns, budget management and strategy
• Skilled in presentation and relationship management
• Ability to motivate extended team through change management
• Ready to work across multiple geographies and time zones

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 3300 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
