dynamic individual to lead our Global Accounts OEM team. Our ideal candidate
will have deep OEM and/or Global Account industry experience, broad knowledge
of the technology landscape along with strong relationship and leadership
skills.
Lenovo is a relative newcomer to the OEM space, the OEM Director will need to
drive hyper growth from an international sales team. Your ability to get the
most out of an eclectic group of professionals from different cultures and
backgrounds will be critical. You will also be engaged with the extended
Lenovo Global accounts teams, working closely with the territory OEM team and
channel organizations. The ability to position Lenovo to an executive
audience, moving relationships from IT and procurement to line of business and
C Level is one of the key requirements.
Our new Global Accounts OEM Director will develop and execute go-to-market
strategies based on strong OEM market knowledge. Decisions are made based on
data, experience and organization alignment around the Global strategy, your
ability to navigate through a matrix management structure to align
stakeholders will be a critical to success.
Focused on driving hypergrowth of Lenovo's innovative OEM solutions and
capabilities into the Global market, your job duties will include the
following:
\- Lead and motivate the Global Account OEM Sales team
\- Partner with the extended Global Accounts sales organization to identify
opportunities and jointly execute on delivering a winning solution to our
customers
\- Have a maniacal focus on hunting of net-new business for Lenovo
\- Build relationships at a senior level with decision-makers and influencers
in key OEM clients and partners
\- Partner with and influence back-end functions focused on building
capabilities & solution design
\- Partner and Lead with the extended OEM GEO Sales organizations
\- Anticipate and recognize industry trends in OEM and guide the organization
to leadership position through disrupting the status quo
\- Develop offerings, programs and processes to enable Global sales success
\- Align company resources across boundaries to provide focus on OEM scale
opportunities.
\- Lead by example, setting standards for team behaviors
Organization
You will report to Global Accounts General Manager. This role can be
considered as EMEA-Mobile role with flexibility working from home.
#### Position Requirements:
\- Proven track record in selling large, complex technology sales
\- Previous management of professionals, ideally leading international teams
\- Be able to deal with ambiguity, manage through complexity, be prepared to
be involved, take ownership and deliver results over short, medium and long
term
\- Previous experience working with Fortune 500/Global accounts
\- The ability to quickly develop organization agility and leverage
extended teams
\- Leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements
concurrently.
\- Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote sales team spread across
the world
\- Ability to Lead within a highly matrixed structure
