What You’ll Do: OEM Product Manager is responsible for bringing to market complex OEM partner infrastructure solutions and driving their go to market.  This includes working with OEM/ Software partners to define market competitive solutions and working with multiple cross functional product delivery teams to execute and launch them.  A successful OEM Product Manager will set the strategic direction drive multiple functions including Marketing, Development, Operations, Supply Chain and Services to deliver high quality competitive solutions on schedule. This requires making trade offs and decisions often without complete data. They will also be responsible for working with partners and sales organizations to set aggressive sales targets and the creation and execution of go to market plans to meet them.  The OEM Product Manager will also be responsible for presenting and representing Lenovo OEM Solutions to both internal, external, working level and executive audiences. #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or Business preferred) • 3-5 years of Project/Product Management experience in IT related industry • Understanding of Enterprise/data center market, dynamics and customer scenarios including VDI and Hyperconverged infrastructure. • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner • Strong interpersonal skills who can effectively present information 1-on-1 or small groups • Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment • Experience managing projects in a culturally diverse global environment where tailored localization is required • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate and influence executive level audience internally and externally Preferred Qualifications: • MBA Degree • 7+ years of Product Management experience in IT related industry • Deep understanding of Enterprise solution market, customers, processes and programs. • Experience in industry vertical solutions particularly in the Energy or oil and gas sectors Why Lenovo?
