Job Description:

QC supervisor
1.Directs QC workers in quality assurance inspection and testing
2.ISO standards knowledge.
3.Collect reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering department to solve problems.
4.Accomplishes Quality Assurance training,coaching and disciplining of QC workers.
5.Achieves Quality Assurance operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day to day activities, identifying and addressing problems, initiating corrective actions, providing regular feedback to the QC Manager.
6.Maintain and monitor ERP system.
7.Assist with the maintenance of the calibration of testing machines.
8.Perform internal audits.

IPQC - In process Quality Control Inspector
1.Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
2.Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
3.Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
4.Accept or reject finished items
5.Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
6.Discuss inspection results with supervisors.
7.Report inspection and test data

Requirements
-English communication and writing skills required, intermediate level of Mandarin or above preferred
-At least 3 years of previous working experience preferred
-Familiar with ISO preferred
