This position is based in Hong Kong and may need to travel to China frequently and APAC occasionally.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Keep current on the progress of popular open source projects within LF that are significant in China and to our China members.
2. Provide proactive support to our LF open source community in China and APAC
3. Prepare technical content of open source technologies in Chinese and English and share them with the community
4. Build relationships with developer leaders in LF members and understand their business drivers and use cases in open source.
5. Support LF APAC business development needs and creation of sales enablement materials

Requirements Include:

1. A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in open source, including coding, cloud native computing, AI and Edge.
2. Possess a Customer oriented mindset and experience explaining complex ideas effectively through written and visual representations in both English and Chinese.
3. Passionate about engaging open source developer communities, including social medias like WeChat, Weibo, Github, Slack, etc
4. Good spoken, written and presentation skills in Putonghua and English
5. Possess a positive mindset and be eager and easy to work with your colleagues

Preferred:

1. Solid open source coding experience
2. Technical content writing experience and proficiency
