DETAILED TASKS

Operations

• Set up and follow the monthly Cheese Club offers
• Participate and improve supply chain and logistics daily tasks
• Contribute to Customer service through Phone calls, Emails, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp channels
• Approach potential customers such as end-consumers and corporations to sell premium cheese and fruit baskets in Hong Kong

Marketing & Communication

• Contribute to market analyses on targeted audience and digital strategies
• Advise on products selection & pricing
• Monitor competition: update analysis of available products and prices  
• Participate to offline events promoting brand awareness
• Update website and draft content for online and offline communication
• Contribute to online communication, posting news and updates on Facebook and Instagram
• Enhance WHAT’sIN and Cheese Club’s visibility through partnerships and multi-communication channels (PR, specialized magazines, influencers…)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Honest, dynamic, multitask, details oriented and committed to the job
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, mostly Excel. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Fluent in English. French, Cantonese or Mandarin would be a plus
• Available immediately
