Position Overview: To proactively act as the participant or lead on projects, processes and tasks related to each specific function listed above for the Perth Distribution Centre. The roles will focus on continuous improvement activities and projects that align with efficiency, safety and quality. This will involve multiple products lines and processes both in the manufacturing areas along with front end processes. Responsibilities: Improve current processes by either leading or being a key member of cross functional teams on existing or new projects. Communicate effectively with management and team members to drive awareness on the current and future state of tasks and milestones. Develop and implement metrics for the organization to ensure alignment with the key metrics of the Canadian Organization. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental Standards. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Enrolled and returning to an accredited post-secondary Institution, or completing educational work term requirement (co-op). This position does not offer relocation. Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
