The job summary includes: Assists and Drives creating, analyzing and documenting high impact business solutions for Eaton Electrical Sector BI requirements. Effectively bridging the gap of Business need into Analytical Solution, drive business process optimization\ and tools that can be used by Eaton users across the Eaton Enterprise, to support business insights and process effectiveness. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Develops and deploy the manufacturing procedures, process design, quality control and improvement to support a continuous sales growth. Monthly review resource ,CAPEX, Expense plan Set up section KPI goals, assign tasks and monitor the implement process Provides leadership and coaching to OPEX team to build a solid succession pipeline . Set up subordinates career developing plan and monitor the implement process Lead the team to analyze pfema of products, design error proofing methods, improve manufacturing capability, improve DFM, optimize SOP, and improve fixture design. Lead the team to engage in RIE activities such as VSM/SW/TUR/5S+ and CIO/QIO/SIO deployment Plant Capacity planning and layout optimization Monitor the initiatives on NPD industrialization, localization, capacity, production transfer project Champion for Program Management (PRO Launch) category of OpA Ensure Plant NPI/STP/VAVE/cost out / automation projects on-time launch Leads the OPEX team continues improvement to support productivity and plant key performance goals achievement. Qualifications Requirement: 10+ years experience in TPM/STD/VAVE field,8+ years experience in manufacturing engineering management Strong problem analysis and process control ability Familiar with manufacturing process Familiar with IPC-610E /PFMEA / DFM standard or method; Familiar with MES / ECN control process Lean/Six Sigma/OPEX methodology and tool proficiency Good organization capability Passionate and motivated Ability to build and sustain and high performing team Fluent in English.
