Job Description
Eaton’s CRDS division is currently seeking OPEX Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez Facility The OPEX Manager is responsible to improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Business System to ensure the business meets strategic plans, growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Lean Six Sigma support to the Quality System, and Lead the plant’s effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria. Some activities related with the position will be: Support and Facilitate the Strategic Alignment Events with all Senior Managers in the Plant Drive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence and OpA processes throughout the organization Drive Eaton Lean Six Sigma deployment Identify and eliminate process variations resulting in external and internal failures through: EQS, ELSS and other tools and processes Lean Enterprise including supplier and customer linkage To provide the necessary support so that the policy of industrial safety is respected in all its content, as well as to contribute to the success of the implementation of MESH Drive the follow-up of the Strategic Alignment Plan To develop other activities as they are assigned Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering Bilingual: English/Spanish. Knowledge/Understanding of the Eaton Business System (EBS) LEAN Enterprise and Six Sigma Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Project management Quality Systems Advance computer knowledge CQE and/or CQM certification by ASQ Gets Results through Self & Others.
