職務說明

* To provide advice and guidance to key business partners on operational risk matters including incident reporting, action plans and risk self-assessment via operational risk system * To assist and report to Country Manager, Head of HK and TW Risk Management and GORM to identify any emerging operational risk and internal control weakness of the Branch using operational risk toolkits * To Review Product/Service Program and give opinion on Operational Risk. * To independently co-ordinate the Key Risk Control & Self-Assessment (KRCSA) exercise in co-operation with business partners / key stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Business Units, Support Units) * To facilitate outsourcing assessment exercise and monitor action plan * To plan and coordinate BCP drills, facilitate the Business Impact Analysis and review of Business Continuity Plan - Tasks and Responsibilities of Statutory Auditor of Foreign Bond Agency * Conduct regulatory required audit checking by daily and monthly. * Act as the contact point/coordinator with GA for Foreign Bond Agency business * File audit/related reports to regulator for Foreign Bond Agency business
