Key responsibilities:
工作职责:
1. Develop strategic planning for annual GMV target and commercial plan为年度GMV目标和商业计划制定战略
2. Manage and implement marketing and tactical activities to achieve committed target across all OTA platforms through traffic, conversion and user retention, etc.

3. Monitor and analysis platform data, and provide in-depth report for management review

4. Work with all related departments and regional team to execute all plans

Job requirements:
任职要求:
1. 3-4 years experience in marketing or OTA marketing preferred

2. Bachelor degree in business related function
本科学历以上,商学类专业优先
3. Possess strong and effective communication with fun and friendly interpersonal skills.

4. Good command of Chinese and English both written and spoken.

6. Able to co-ordinate with inter/intra working team under environment of constant change
