Join as finance systems accountant to execute the technical data and system processes required to ensure the continued integrity of the OTP solution. Providing the join between the Group Technology Centre (GTC) and Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) team performing finance-technical activities of system change management, data governance, and technical process execution.

The role will report to the OTP Tax Manager with a dotted line to the OTP process lead to support them in translating transfer pricing policy requirements into data and process steps executed within the OTP system. Further, the system accountant will manage the relationship with the GTC and Group Data Office (GDO) teams on the technical and data steps required to support the OTP system and process calendar.

The system accountant will have overall responsibility to ensure the integrity of the data flows into and within the OTP system, having an understanding of the OTP data integrations between each process step.

The role will include the following:

Working with the GCT team to ensure timely and accurate system and data preparation ahead of each transfer pricing cycle Performing detailed reconciliations with source systems and working with GDO to continuously improve data governance processes and data quality Supporting Process lead in managing system: translating user requirements into technical specifications for GTC, performing validations on design, executing testing, and managing deployments Providing reporting and analysis from source systems to support OTP query resolution Facilitating incident management between users and GTC including managing SNOW tickets and system downtime

In this role you will perform at expert level in the following:

• OTP System execution – As a super user, Operates across all processes within the system, understanding the inter-dependencies, coordinating their operation, performing quality assurance and overall data integrity to meet the need of the OTP Tax manager.

• OTP Data Preparation – Understand the structure of the AZ P&L and how it maps into the needs of the OTP business process. Owns the design of the segmentation rules and translate any changes required to GCT to implement.

• System Change - Responsible for translating requirements and process change into technical specifications to which the GTC can implement. Performing validations on design, executing testing and supporting deployment to Production.

• Training and Documentation – Responsible for ensuring comprehensive documentation in place to execute the data processes in the OTP system. Includes standard operating procedures, process controls. Coordinates necessary training with IT for any new starters.

Essential skills and experience:

• A Financial accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA equivalent)

• Proven technical experience of working with complex integrated systems and data

• Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience of working in a regulated environment

• Experience of virtual collaboration

• Operational transfer pricing execution

• Hyperion PBCS / Planning, Smart View or equivalent

• SAP FICO and data integration tools
