Your task and Responsabilities:

• Leads and manages the OTX field force ensuring the strategy execution to achieve short- and long-term sales, market share and prescription share targets.
• Ensures an adequate implementation of marketing strategies translating it into actionable territory and account plans.
• Designs the HCP Detailing LT strategy, the optimal structure and the adequate deployment of resources to maximize reach and affinity and ultimately prescriptions.
• The structure must consider portfolio changes in the mid-term and must be flexible enough to be able to adapt to market changes.
• Develops relevant KPI’s to ensure business objectives are achieved, optimizing ROI by constantly monitoring productivity based on sales force effectiveness standards.
• Administers and controls resources and budget by coordinating actions and supervising expenses according to the approved investment plans Develops the team and defines – together with the training unit under his/her supervision - the strategy for an adequate development plan for the OTx sales team Actively find business opportunities through a deep understanding of the HCP landscape (medical associations, KOLs, etc.) and by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collects information to generate a market intelligence feedback loop with other areas.
• Assures 100% adherence of all plans to compliance guidelines.

Who you are:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related professions.
• 3+ Yrs Management experience in medical detailing field forces 5+ Yrs Sales experience as District Manager OTC commercial experience is desirable Digital knowledge is desirable.
• English fluent is required.
• Strategic thinking Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure and ability to consistently deliver results.
• Experience leading people as Manager at least 5 years
