Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限 1、Shopfloor logistics and layout planning 2、Logistics planning for shopfloor, supplier and customer 3、Interface with logistics execution team 4, Logistics improvement concept 5, 3rd party logistics management Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Supplier Logistics －Design and implement supplier logistic plan for new project －Define supplier’s logistic parameters (transportation, packaging and capacity) then notify supplier the assessment and handover to SC Execution team -Oversea transportation cost planning and controlling 2. Production logistics － Organize to make up and implement KANBAN － Design and implement production logistics plan for projects －Design, optimization and conversion of plant layout, materialflows and informations flows. 3. Delivery logistics －logistics costs calculation of finished product (rent of warehouse, transportation, packaging and services) －Contact window for customer 4. Packaging management －Organize the packaging confirmation and release concerning finished product in project or after sales product according to customer requirement －responsible for supplier packaging confirmation and release according to PS package and label requirement － responsible for designing and implementing production logistics packaging concerning new projects according to PS overall logistics plan － Control and manage the container and logistics equipment －Logistics coordination of third party logistics warehouse and deliver to customer. 5. Others －Responsible for communication Presta regarding logistics implementation and process －Responsible for organizing to sign transportation contract and warehousing contract concerning business within department －Responsible for filling in relevant forms and make report in logistics －Responsible for implementing temporary task arranged by department manager

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格 1. Knowledge 知识 Education 学历 本科学历及以上 Bachelor/University or above Foreign Language 外语 良好的英语运用能力Good command in English Computer Skill 计算机 熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,CAD) 2. Experience 经验 Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 一年以上物流工作经验At least 1 years of experience on logistics Management experience 管理经验 N.A. Project leader experience 项目管理经验 N.A. Project member experience 项目参与经验 N.A. Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 至少一年外企工作经验 At least one year working experience in JVs or foreign invested company is preferred
