Your responsibilities

Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限 Responsible as communication interface to operation manager and department heads.Central contact person for all operation unit relevant matters which requires informing OU ManagerSupport recruiting and training for all employees in OUCoordinate implementation of skill matrix(SE,WE) for each department and report progress to OU Management team Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1.Translations & Communication1.1 Assist operation manager in daily communication matters.1.2 Prepare, update and translate OU information (holiday & vacation time, organization charts etc.).1.3 Prepare and organize work stations for guests & new employees (desks, PC’s, phone, training plan etc.).1.4 Daily report and translation2. Recruiting and training follow up2.1 Follow up progress of temp workers hiring according to personnel plan2.2 Follow up personnel employment and termination procedures2.3 Set up, update, implement and assess the effectiveness of yearly training plan.2.4 Organize to create and update the skill matrix, update training records and review weekly with Production team.3.Others3.1 Office supply organization3.2 Support for office“5S"

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格1. Knowledge 知识Education 学历Bachelor in English, administration or similarForeign Language 外语EnglishComputer Skill 计算机Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, Auto CAD)2. Experience 经验Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验Has a minimum of 2 years experience as a team assistantManagement experience 管理经验no requirementProject leader experience 项目管理经验no requirementProject member experience 项目参与经验no requirementIntercultural experience 跨文化工作经验Two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company is perferred
