Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for supervising the operation of OT projects in theregion and providing solutions.

2. Integrate the information of the international therapeuticmethods project and apply it to local treatment.

3.Design and update professional teaching materials (including butnot limited to courseware, video, audio, etc.).

4.Conduct training for staff including theories, techniques andmethods.

5.Track the training, participate in the assessment of therapistsand give professional feedback.

6. Conduct occupational therapy evaluations of new students andre-evaluations of senior students, and provide evaluation reports orprofessional suggestions.

7.Conduct clinical guidance, teaching and feedback in variouscenters nationwide.

8.Conduct professional and technical communication in the form ofone-on-one, parents training or parents lectures.

9.Participate in the opening of new centers, lectures and otheractivities to enhance the professional image of the company.

Requirements:

1.International certified OT (Occupational Therapy) QualificationCertificate.

2.Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

3.More than 3 years relevant working experience.

4.Have professional OT treatment skills.

5.Have good communication skills, affinity, presentation andtraining skills.
