As Senior Occupational Training Specialist – Technical field you will be responsible to initiating, designing and managing educational measures with focus on production technology, control and drive technology (PLC), robotic technology for the BMW Group Plant Debrecen.

Your work will focus primarily on:

-    Working with the technical departments in developing training concepts and qualification matrix.
-    Conducting training counseling and implementing educational projects.
-    Making market researches, proposals for collaboration with technical training suppliers.
-    Involving suppliers and steering their activities.
-    Evaluating and developing the qualification activities provided and steering collaboration with external training partners.
-    Having operative, budgeting and supplier steering responsibility for the managed area in collaboration with the departments involved.

-    University degree in  Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
-    Minimum 4 years of work experience in maintenance, planning, project management preferably in training perspective.
-    Experience in cooperation and leadership of educational training programs.
-    Being able to work in a project driven environment with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders from technology.
-    Independent, reliable and result-oriented way of working.
-    Hungarian and English business fluent – both written and spoken. German would be an advantage.
