機構簡介 About the Organisation:

成立於1976年，本著「倡互助共襄鄰里、育英才服務社會」之使命，輔以「關懷、樂助、方便、可靠、共享」的服務信念，為港島南區社區人士提供多元化的社會福利服務。現時服務對象包括兒童、青少年、成人、長者及坊眾等。

Established in 1976, the centre provides a wide variety of welfare and social services to elderly people, children, youth and families who live in Southern District.

工作職責 Job Description:

• 負責推行"智友醫社同行計劃"，為認知障礙症長者提供評估及訓練
• 需為其護老者提供訓練
• 負責計劃內行政工作

• Responsible for the implementation of "Dementia Community Support Scheme" 
• Provide assessment and training for the elderlies with dementia
• Provide training to caretakers
• Administration work

工作時間 Working Hours:

5天/5.5天工作長短週

每天工作8.5小時，半天工作4小時

5/5.5 days Alternative Weeks

Full day 8.5 hours, half day 4 hors

工作地點 Working Location:

香港仔Aberdeen 

要求 Requirements:

• 持認可職業治療學位及有效執業證書，並擁有認可之職業治療師專業資格
• 需具有3年或以上相關經驗

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Hong Kong Registered Physiotherapist with valid practicing certificate
• 3+ years relevant experience

薪酬Salary:

薪酬按學歷及經驗依政府薪級表計算

Remuneration is calculated according to academic qualifications and experience according to the government salary scale
