Job description:

A)Daily communication with overseas & domestic customer for shipment arrangement confirmation

B)Place booking with direct carrier or via local booking agent

C)Co-ordinate with warehouse for CFS cargo receiving and container loading plan making

D)Co-ordinate with trucker for door to door service arrangement

E)Co-ordinate with customs broker for cargo declaration

F)Keep date input into system for shipment details

G)Coordiate with overseas customer for exceptional case handling

Professiona Skills:

A) 1-2 years working experience for ocean freight forwarding operation especially GOH shipments is preferred

B)Good command for written English

C)Good understanding on logistics procedure

D)Good communication skill

E)Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives

F)Be positive and capable to handle changes

G)Take ownership of problems and solutions, team player.

H)Strong self-learning skills
