Role & Responsibilities

1. Overseas communication

2. Booking to carrier or agent

3. Space check and confirmation from carrier or booking agent

4. SO release and tracing

5. Container load plan preparation, custom exports collect and check and hand over

6. Co-ordinate with booking agent and broker house on daily operation

7. Local charge both cost and revenue input

8. Support to OES on daily operation

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

1. College degree or above

2. Minimum two years experience in shipping, forwarding & logistics industry

3. Familiar with freight forwarding operation procedures

4. Comprehensive knowledge in forwarding and shipping area.

5. Strong sense of responsibility
