• Perform key validation activities required by OceanPro by engaging with multiple upstream and downstream internal stakeholders.
• Review and perform system reconciliations, ensuring that the business cases contains all the relevant insights
• Ensure any programme progress gap is overcome by means of effective dialogue with internal and external team members.
• Produce weekly status reports and contribute to the improvement of the end-to-end controls.
• Monitor and escalate critical or major issues to appropriate forums.
• Manage multiple end-to-end projects in partnership with software developers, Org IT Teams & business managers.
• Support the OceanPro leaders, management and proactively take additional responsibilities.

• Manages the complete portfolio of projects and programs with development and implementation of process surrounding project initiation and overview, an intake process, project scoring models, prioritization process and forums to engage with leadership for shared understanding, prioritization and updates with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ensures structured schedules and project plans are developed based on project goals, resources needed, potential risks, schedules and budgets
• Project execution and governance tracking of deadlines, deliverables, resources, budgets and timelines throughout the project process and engages company leadership as situations require
• Partners with colleagues in distinct roles to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments and assists in identifying dependencies and possible issues across teams that may cause issue with successful achievement of project objectives. This includes managing resource forecasts and a resource capacity plan in conjunction with functional management

• Engages with project management team to keep apprised of status of projects, issues requiring escalation for roadblock removal, decision making and approval regarding scope considerations
