Job Description

Site Industrial Engineers design and model manufacturing capacity for such processes as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, painting, plating, and other material processing operations.The OTF Industrial Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to:Performs validations and calculates capacity metrics throughout stages of production to ensure module capacity is sufficient for factory needs.Works with multiple organizations and skillsets to ensure complex capacity impacts are understood and documented.Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Prioritizes workload to ensure customer commits are met.Personally Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related engineering field (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) and/or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of relevant experience in:Proficiency of Microsoft suite of products especially Excel.
Data analyses and problem solving.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in JMP or Simulation suites.
