#### Position Description:


Lenovo’s Data Center Group (DCG) Hyperscale Segment is seeking a qualified
Offering Delivery Team Lead whose primary mission is to lead chartered
projects and cross-functional, cross-geography project teams to plan, execute
and deliver DCG Hyperscale Offerings and Solutions (majority is server/storage
product line). This is a virtual team leadership position with the expectation
the ODTL will possess senior level project management and operations skills,
the ability to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing at a
senior business leadership level (Director, Exec Director, VP), and have
strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willing to work “outside the
box” to find solutions and solve problems in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project
objectives
• Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost
restraints
• Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed / Identify and communicate
gaps
• Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation
• Monitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Provide
timely / accurate project status updates
• Own project risk management planning and change control
• Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project
• Escalate issues to management as required
• Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process
improvements are captured from Kick Off to Launch

#### Position Requirements:


• Senior level project management and operations skills; PMI preferred but not
required. Proven track record in project management of complex projects
• Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center
industry
• Technical background (EE hardware) is preferred
• Strong customer focus and sense on financial case analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and be
flexible and creative
• Ability to maintain composure and perseverance in a deadline-driven
environment
• Ability to lead effectively through complexity and ambiguity
• Fluent English oral, written and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, analysis skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment with
global function team across different time zones
• Business Knowledge and Skills (technical sense, industry knowledge, business
principle and practice, organizational knowledge, business application
software)
