Position Description:

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Project Manager supporting our Enterprise
Business Unit. This position is located in Beijing and is a key contributor in
Owning and Leading a Product Project Team to lead a cross functional Product
Team (including
Marketing/Development/Manufacturing/Procurement/Finance/Service/Quality) to
introduce new Enterprise Products.

This position is responsible for organizing and leading a cross functional
team in developing project Plans and Deliver with an emphasis on cost,
schedule, quality and constancy to bring products to market. As the Project
Manager, you will be expected to drive complex products through the defining,
developing, qualifying and launch phases.

This position will drive new product offerings through the New Product
Introduction / Development process; which will include executive management
reviews and approvals at each checkpoint. This position will also communicate
project plans and status updates to Executives and downstream teams and
establish, track, and report team metrics.

The Project Manager has responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule,
and quality for their programs and is expected to manage scope, cost, and
schedule throughout the program lifecycle.

Position Requirements:

1\. Bachelor’s degree required
2\. PMP cert. 5+ years project management experience required
3\. Hardware development experience background a plus
4\. Ability to lead a high performance team and effectively provide direction
to the team
5\. Strong leadership skills and innovative thinking in forming and executing
successful product strategies, roadmaps, and plans.
6\. Superior written and oral skills. Must be able to communicate effectively
with WW cross functional team and provide concise communication to the
executive team.
7\. Ability to build and manage a project plan which consistently meets or
beats scope, schedule and cost commitments.
