Job Description
Overview
The position is providing supports to office and maintain office facilities where possible.
Responsibilities
- Visitors support, express and mail management
- Office stationery management, employee badge management etc
- Hotel reservation, c-trip management
- Assistant on organizing company activities to increase employee engagement
- Coordinate with purchasing dept and vendors to maintain/repair office facilities
- Assist with HR monthly newsletters, onboarding process etc
- Office HSE
- Works assigned by manager
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience.
- Passionate and cooperative
- Coordination skills and communication skills
- Basic English
- Diploma degree
