Overview

The position is providing supports to office and maintain office facilities where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Visitors support, express and mail management

  • Office stationery management, employee badge management etc

  • Hotel reservation, c-trip management

  • Assistant on organizing company activities to increase employee engagement

  • Coordinate with purchasing dept and vendors to maintain/repair office facilities

  • Assist with HR monthly newsletters, onboarding process etc

  • Office HSE

  • Works assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience.

  • Passionate and cooperative

  • Coordination skills and communication skills

  • Basic English

  • Diploma degree
