Job Descriptions
  • Be responsible to support for overall office admin activities, including the reception area, mail, facilities, and employee services, etc.
  • Accurately maintain employees' leave records to support HR's payroll process.
  • Verify and reconcile daily clinical transactions (assisting role)
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Back up for clinical site's administrative support as needed
 
Job Requirements
  • Experienced with Microsoft Suite and Office 365, especially Excel is a must
  • Highly proficient verbal communication and writing skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin Relevant work experience is a plus
  • Basic finance or accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in eye clinic is a plus
  • 5 working days per week
  • Immediate availability preferred
 
Locations: Central / Tsim Sha Tsui
Salary: Negotiable
