Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support general office administration duties
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Responsible for outdoor assignments such as document delivery and collection
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

 Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduate with at least 1 years general office working experience 
  • Good in written and spoken Chinese; fair command of spoken and written English
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Punctual and responsible
