IBM is hiring an Office Administrative Support Specialist under Technology Support Service (TSS). The scope of responsibilities includes

  • providing operational support to senior management and executives
  • keeping track of business transaction details
  • assisting to update and report the business result, revenue & cost spending report to management team
  • liaising with Sales, Finance and other back office support function to ensure timely and accurate records of TSS revenue and business transaction

Requirement

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • Around 1-2 years of experience in administrative support on basic financial analysis
  • A good team player who is willing to learn and able to work well across different levels and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform basic data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare presentation materials
  • Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin); work proficiency in English
  • Immediate available is preferred
