All administrative, financial and receptionist related tasks, such as:

Dealing with external service providers such as :

Accounting firm, HR outsourcing company, IT company, official authorities, and other vendors, etc.

Dealing with all office-infrastructural issues, materials and orders,
办公室基础设施的维护,办公用品的采购
Receiving and dealing with visitors, guests, clients, candidates, suppliers, etc.
接待来访的候选人,客户及供应商等,
Travel arrangements (booking flights/hotels, etc.).
预定机票,酒店等
Support MD in any further administrative and commercial issues.

Requirement: 要求
Fluent written and spoken English
英语听说读写流利(该职位直接汇报对象为外籍人士)
Trustworthy, reliable, diligent and orderly,(诚实,可靠,勤奋,做事有条理)
Flexibility and readiness to handle several tasks at the same time,(具备同时处理多项任务的灵活性)
At least 2 years of work experience in a Western company,(最好有在外企工作的经验)
At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative role,(具备2年以上行政工作的经验)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point,(熟练操作MS Office,如:Excel, Word, PPT)
Native Language: Chinese (母语为汉语)
