Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Clients and Visitors;
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls;
  • Provide support to Office Manager and Directors to ensure smooth operation of the office:
  • Liaison with management and cleaning lady to maintain office's cleanliness and operating condition;
  • Clerical duties to include managing filing system, photocopying, cheque writing, sorting incoming mails, arranging couriers, maintaining stationary supply inventory, etc;
  • Reconcile monthly staff expenses and expenses cheque preparations;
  • Maintain material library organized;
  • Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel of other employees;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Doc, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
