How You’ll Contribute

  • Responsible for full range of office administration duties and office procurement
  • Formulate administration policies and procedures and implementation
  • Work closely with vendors to assure that all office services are provided with high quality, as well as safety and health programs
  • Act as a contact window to coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Assist in staff travel booking
  • Provide secretarial support to management team and taking meeting minutes
  • Coordination for Company events

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor Degree Holder in any discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Office Administration and Secretarial Role
  • High commitment and integrity
  • Ability to coordinate with different levels of people
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong command of written and spoken English 
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Working experience in MNC /Sizable organization is preferred
