招聘职位

  1. Office Admin

岗位职责:

  1. 负责办理和跟踪上海&长沙员工入职及离职相关流程

Responsible to Shanghai \Changsha onboarding and off boarding process

2)  上海办公室的日常行政维护、组织团队建设、会议支持。

Support Shanghai facility and Business meeting if need \ organize team building

3) 申请办理或更新上海居住证\外籍员工签证&就业证&拘留许可等相关证件

Support Shanghai resident permit and foreign employee working permit and resident permit renewal \application

4) 负责员工出差的交通、住宿、通行等后勤安排

Support on employee business trip

5)偶尔出差支持长沙行政事宜

Occasionally business trip to support Changsha

6)完成上级领导交办的其他工作

Others request by direct supervisor

经验要求 working experience

  1. 本科或以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

  1. 1-3 年外资公司相关工作经验

One to three year related admin working experience

素质要求 Qualification

  1. 具备较强沟通能力

Good communication skill

  1. 英语读、写能力

English skill in reading and written.

  1. 较好的组织能力

Strong ability of organization

  1. 充满激情、积极主动、工作责任心强

Passionate, active, high responsibility

 

工作地点及时间

黄浦区徐家汇路日月光中心

SML Center, NO. 610 Xujiahui Road

每周3天,每天8小时

8 hours per day and  3 days each week

or

每周4天,每天6小时

6 hours per day and 4 days each week

接受全职妈妈或者有经验的兼职工作者

Prefer fresh Mom or freelance who has related working experience
