Job Description
As an ideal candidate, you are a fast learner who is both intelligent and organised. Your previous experience in administration and/or personal assistant work will have given you the tools to quickly easily organise our offices, client accounts and manage the day to day running of the business. Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities:

· Organisation of all client accounts held by the business.
· Liaison with partners and managers to keep track of ongoing tasks and duties.
· Assistance to Managers as needed, incl. translation services, word documents, emails etc.

Qualifications:

· Minimum two years experience in Administration·
· Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
· Excellent organisational and presentation skills, proactive work style.
· Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources.
· Proficiency in business software, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
