TASKS

As Office Administrator (full-time) at Avantgarde, you will be responsible for handling administrative duties of the office. Daily collaboration with all employees within the office, including close communication with our Managing Partner, you should have an organized mind, good memory and the initiative to prioritize requests to streamline your workflow. As the first touchpoint for many people, a naturally positive attitude and friendly communication style will be important to provide a good first impression for the company.

  • Perform administrative duties and daily management of office
  • Responsible for purchasing, recording and distributing office supplies and communication with administrative vendors
  • Support finance department with payment processes, monthly billing and accounting
  • Manage attendance records and business travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate internal activities and meetings
  • Identify and improve areas of office life that will promote the company’s future success
  • Responsible for receiving guests and answering calls to the office
  • Assist Managing Partner with travel plans, daily schedule and documentation preparation
REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative duties
  • Optimistic and friendly attitude
  • Clear and Concise Communicator
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
